Experience:

Job Location: Changodar

Key Responsibilities:

System Support & Maintenance

Provide technical support for manufacturing systems including MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) , etc platforms
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (servers, workstations, printers, scanners) and network components across the facility.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all IT operations comply with pharmaceutical regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, SOPs, and validation protocols.

User Support & Training

Respond to helpdesk requests and resolve user issues related to software, hardware, and access control.
Train plant personnel on IT systems, cybersecurity best practices, and digital tools used in manufacturing.

Infrastructure & Security

Support and maintain secure network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive manufacturing and patient data.

Project Collaboration

Assist in IT-related projects such as system upgrades, software deployments, and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with QA, production, and engineering teams to align IT systems with operational needs.
