IT Support Engineer

As a Field IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing on-site technical support for our clients in Ernakulam. Your dedication to troubleshooting, networking, and ensuring seamless connectivity will contribute significantly to our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide on-site support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, firewall, peripherals) and software issues. - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks. - Respond to service requests and incidents promptly to ensure timely resolution. - Coordinate with remote teams for escalation and issue tracking. - Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks. - Document technical issues and solutions efficiently. - Travel to client sites as required, both locally and regionally. Skills & Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Proficient in Windows OS, basic networking (LAN, WAN, IP), and hardware troubleshooting. - Experience with antivirus, MS Office, email configuration, and ticketing systems. - Strong communication skills and customer handling abilities. - Possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred for field visits).
