IT Support Engineer

Job Description – IT Professional (3+ Years Experience)

Location: Ahmedabad

Reports to: IT Manager / Head of Operations

About the Role

Experienced IT Professional (3+ years) to manage our IT infrastructure and deliver technical support for both internal teams and external customers. The role focuses on maintaining productivity, ensuring compliance, and supporting licensed software used across Bimage offices.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management

Manage and monitor company IT systems, networks, and servers.

Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place.

Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

Software Support

Provide direct technical support to customers on licensed software, including:

Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc.)

Adobe Suite

Trimble

Revizto

Fuzor

Microsoft Office 365

Troubleshoot and resolve software installation, licensing, and performance issues.

Coordinate with vendors for escalations when required.

End-User Support

Support company staff with IT-related queries (desktop, laptop, network, and application issues).

Manage user access, permissions, and accounts in compliance with IT policies.

Conduct training sessions and create guides for employees on software usage and IT best practices.

Compliance & Productivity

Ensure proper license usage and compliance across all software platforms.

Monitor IT systems to maintain uptime and smooth operations across Bimage offices.

Implement IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and software support.

Strong knowledge of:

Autodesk, Adobe, Trimble, Revizto, Fuzor, and Office 365.

Windows/Mac operating systems, networking, and cloud technologies.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and customer service orientation.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
