Job Description

IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain
Windows & Linux operating systems
.
Perform installation and setup of
routers, switches, and other networking devices
.
Manage and support
Microsoft 365
applications and services.
Resolve hardware-related issues including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot network issues including LAN/WAN connectivity problems.
Install and configure software, applications, and security tools.
Monitor system performance and ensure IT infrastructure stability.
Provide timely support to internal teams and maintain documentation of issues and resolutions.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with
Linux and Windows installation & configuration
.
Strong knowledge of
hardware and networking concepts
.
Experience with
router configuration and troubleshooting
.
Working knowledge of
Microsoft 365 setup and management
.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle on-site support and work independently.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Basic knowledge of server management.
Familiarity with network security practices.
Understanding of ticketing systems and IT support tools.
