The Technical Lead utilizes his/her Design and Architecture knowledge coupled with Java and Server-side, Engineering and Web Development experience in understanding the constraints and needs of the business to elevate the quality of the output of the entire team over time The Technical Lead would be owner of the solution for all layers of architecture in a n-tier architecture.
