Roles & Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Server Management

• Manage and maintain local Windows Servers, Hyper-V virtual machines, Active Directory, and other infrastructure components.

• Support and monitor local and remote systems, including laptops, servers, switches, and UPS units.

• Apply OS patches, updates, and perform routine server health checks. • Maintain DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy configurations.

• Coordinate with the central IT team for Azure and QTS data center administration, migrations, and upgrades.

• Support SpectraMedixs System Security Plan (SSP) and maintain compliance with HITRUST CSF standards.

• Administrator and monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches and Wi-Fi Access Points.

• Perform network troubleshooting C Manage the ILL connection, ensuring uptime and timely escalation with the service provider.

• Ensure environmental monitoring (temperature, humidity) and physical security compliance for the Hyderabad IT infrastructure.

Security & Compliance

• Implement and enforce endpoint protection, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.

• Enforce corporate IT security policies and guidelines from the CISO.

• Maintain and monitor access control systems and CCTV DVR/NVR.

• Participate in the local and regional Incident Response Team when activated.

End-User Support

• Provide first-line support to Hyderabad users for laptops, desktops, printers, and network connectivity.

• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and email setup.

• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with hardware standards.

• Coordinate with the Gurgaon and US IT teams for escalations and policy alignment.

Required Experience

• 46 years of experience in IT system and network administration.

• Ease with PowerShell scripting, automation, or monitoring tools.

• Strong working knowledge of: o Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy o Hyper-V or VMware virtualization o LAN/WAN, Switches, Wi-Fi, and Firewalls o Azure AD / Microsoft 365 administration o ITSM Tools (Manage Engine, EndPoint Central, ServiceDeskPlus). Etc. • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end IT operations for the Hyderabad site.
