Make material procurement as per customer schedule. Month Stock Audit Monthly Physical Stock Taking & reporting to Management. WMS Updating New Parts/ New Supplier/New Revision / Any other Correction updating on WMS BOM updating on WMS. Manesar Dispatch Based on Manesar Schedule Local Parts & Trading parts supply to Manesar. Manesar Critical Parts follow with Purchase Team & Production Team. Shortage Parts Review Based On Per day requirement, Shortage parts Reviewing with Purchase Team on Daily twice. Sub-Contract Material Based on Production Requirement, Sub-Contract Material Follow up with Line & Supplier. BOM link update in MRP BOM check and link update in RM& Monthly MRP for New project Monthly Local Supplier Parts MRP run and release 12 customer requirements follow up with Logistics team Monthly & weekly customer requirements update in Monthly MRP. Based on opening stock raise Emergency order, cancel order , prepone and postpone shipment and release Nth firm,N+1 to N+5 forecast for 56 Local Suppliers(Local, South & North) Key Performance Indicators Inventory control Daily MIS Inventory Control MIS Transport Management Vehicle Planning for internal/ Customer Nagare No Premium freight sake of ordering issue On time schedule release Good Customer follow up Competence Analytical skills Interpersonal Skills Education of the Candidate Diploma /B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering Experience of the Candidate 5+ Yrs Other Requirements Good oral & Written communication skills
