IT Stock Controller

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Stock Controller to manage inventory operations at our India depot. The role requires strong focus on accuracy, documentation, and on-site delivery coordination. The Stock Controller will ensure that stock levels are properly maintained, discrepancies resolved, and deliveries executed smoothly to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities• Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse systems.• Handle on-site deliveries and ensure proper documentation.• Conduct stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.• Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely replenishment.• Support warehouse and logistics teams in daily operations.• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.• Provide reporting and updates on stock status to management.

Qualifications & Skills• 2–4 years of experience in stock control or inventory management.• Familiarity with ERP/WMS and warehouse operations.• Ability to manage on-site deliveries effectively.• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Good communication and coordination abilities.
