As part of our growth journey, we are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient IT Software Support Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in IT infrastructure, software troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for in software applications.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems including servers, networks, hardware, and software to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Manage IT tickets, prioritize issues based on urgency and impact, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with software development teams to understand system functionalities, resolve bugs, and assist in deployments.
• Maintain and regularly update system documentation, asset inventories, and user guides.
• Conduct system health checks, routine maintenance, and implement proactive support measures.
• Assist in software upgrades, patch management, and version control processes.
• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to internal users and ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Ensure IT security protocols, data backup procedures, and compliance policies are consistently followed.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, or related field (B.Tech / MCA preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT support or a combined IT & software support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Active Directory, networking concepts, and system administration.
• Hands-on experience with helpdesk software, remote desktop tools, and diagnostic techniques.
• Good understanding of databases, scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash), and software lifecycle environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with ITIL practices or certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS-based systems.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
