Looking for a Skilled IT Services Manager Dedicated to Customer Excellence

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage various operational-level issues & Escalation from customers and the AppsTech Team.

·      Develop and implement strategies to manage the quality of the services for the customer.

·      Handle all customer-related issues for IT supply, Services, FMS Resources & Projects.

·      Preparing and monitoring all IT-related processes and projects for B2B customers.

·      Training & Inspiring IT resources to perform to their best, setting goals and targets.

·      Auditing the work of the service department to identify inefficiencies & devising a solution.

·      Provide leadership, strategy, and vision for facilitating growth & business agility

·      Provide Technical training & support for the offered solutions.

Technical skill set required for B2B customer Services

·      Understand the technical requirements of the customers for IT infra and end-to-end IT solutions.

·      Create & lead the technical solution designs after performing IT infrastructure architectural assessments.

·      Proactively work with Enterprise customer with their IT Team and be able to understand end-to-end IT implementation requirements.

·      Prepare technical solutions in collaboration with different OEMs & develop customised solutions along with POC & Presentation.

·      Manage complete project management activities.

·      Technically proficient in designing IT solutions & understanding the functionality of all IT equipment (Firewall, switch, servers, storage, virtualization, etc.).
