Job Summary:

IT Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT products, solutions, and services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
• Lead and mentor junior sales staff to enhance performance and team results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 510 years of experience in IT sales/business development.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Solid understanding of IT solutions, software products, cloud, networking, and managed services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop strategic accounts and manage C-level relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in enterprise/solution sales (ERP, Cloud, IT Infrastructure, SaaS).
• Exposure to international markets and large enterprise accounts.
• MBA or relevant certifications in sales/IT.
