About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for our IT products and services. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth. Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions, including software, hardware, and managed services. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in line with company policies. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Maintain and update CRM records with detailed account information and sales activities. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project handovers and client satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and generate leads. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or technology solutions selling. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Skills Knowledge of SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, or enterprise software solutions. Existing network of clients or contacts in the IT industry. Certification in sales or technology solutions (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco) is a plus.
