Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions, including software, hardware, and managed services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in line with company policies.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain and update CRM records with detailed account information and sales activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project handovers and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and generate leads.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or technology solutions selling.
• Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, or enterprise software solutions.
• Existing network of clients or contacts in the IT industry.
• Certification in sales or technology solutions (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco) is a plus.
