We’re Hiring: IT Sales Executive (2–3 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-driven IT Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our team! If you thrive on closing deals, building client relationships, and staying ahead in the tech sales game, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and lead generation
• Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions (software, hardware, services)
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms aligned with company policy
• Manage full sales cycle – from lead to close
• Track pipeline and activities using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Collaborate with technical teams for smooth project delivery
• Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and emerging tech
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 2–3 years of proven experience in IT sales / B2B / tech solution sales
• Lead generation experience in tech sales.
• Strong understanding of IT products, SaaS, and managed services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team
• Hands-on with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Preferred Skills:

• Existing client network in the IT industry is a big advantage
