Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

     Identifying and contacting potential clients through various methods, including cold calls, networking, and industry events. 
  • Client Needs Assessment:

     Understanding a client's business requirements and technical needs to determine the most suitable hardware, software, or cloud-based solutions. 
  • Sales Strategy and Proposal Development:

     Creating comprehensive sales strategies, preparing tailored proposals and quotations, and presenting them to clients. 
  • Product/Service Presentation:

     Demonstrating the features and benefits of technology products and services, often through presentations and demos. 
  • Negotiation and Closing:

     Negotiating pricing and contracts with clients to finalize sales and achieve sales targets. 
  • Client Relationship Management:

     Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. 
  • Market Research:

     Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and stay competitive. 
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting hardware, software, networking, and IT services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and post-sales support.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities in IT sales.


Qualifications / Skills Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in IT sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of IT hardware, software, networking, and security solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and provide customer-focused solutions.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
