Immediate Requirement (joining in next day)

Role Description:

• Installation and configuration of Windows OS, CCTV Software, Reset CCTV Password, Printers, Access Control Systems, Boom Barriers and related hardware's.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Providing on-site setup, support, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for IT infrastructure requirements.
• (Added Advantage) Knowledge and hands-on experience with network switches and firewalls.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in hardware and network support.
• If any - Diploma in Hardware & Networking.
• Strong understanding of access control systems and automation hardware.
• Proven technical support and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving ability.
• Good customer support and service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in IT support roles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
