About Us

Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Write and submit proposals on Upwork and other freelancing portals.
Generate new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to create tailored solutions.
Handle end-to-end bidding cycle including proposal writing, negotiation, and closure.
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
1 year of experience
in bidding on Upwork (mandatory).
Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, App Development, SaaS, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
Ability to write customized, persuasive proposals.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
