IT Sales Consultant

Major Skills (Must-Have):

• 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, SaaS sales, or CRM/ERP consulting.

• Proven ability to generate own leads (cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns).

• Strong consultative selling skills: discovery → solutioning → ROI-driven proposals.

• Excellent English communication & negotiation skills.

• Full-cycle sales execution (prospecting → demo → proposal → closing).

• Familiarity with CRMs (Bitrix24, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

• Proficiency in sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io).

• Willingness to work across US, UK, and MENA time zones.

Minor Skills (Good-to-Have):

• Arabic language skills (for MENA).

• Experience with real estate tech, SaaS, or system integrations.

• Prior experience selling into international markets.

• Knowledge of IT/CRM competitive landscape.

• Cross-functional collaboration with technical and delivery teams.

Areas of Concern

• Reliance only on inbound leads; no outbound track record.

• Lack of consultative/solutioning mindset (only product pushing).

• No experience with international client communication.
