The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, presenting solutions, and achieving sales targets. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of IT/software products and services solutions. The BDM will oversee end-to-end business development activities from lead generation to deal closure, while mentoring a sales team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue goals. Identify, qualify, and pursue enterprise-level clients and long-term partnerships. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions.
