SysFuture Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and driven IT Sales & Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Rishikesh. If you have a strong background in IT sales, a passion for building relationships, and a knack for spotting new business opportunities, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services across sectors like hospitality, real estate, and retail

* Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, brand founders, and tech decision-makers

* Drive revenue growth by converting prospects into long-term clients

* Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and account handover

* Collaborate with internal tech and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs

What You Bring

* 3+ years of experience in B2B IT sales, preferably with exposure to managed IT services, digital solutions, or IT infrastructure

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios

* Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

* Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes

* Based in or willing to relocate to Rishikesh
