Cold Calling: Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in IT services. Clearly explain the company's IT services and solutions, addressing any initial queries or objections. Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify potential business opportunities by gathering essential client information. Qualify leads to assess client needs and align them with company services. Meeting Scheduling: Arrange appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads. Ensure effective coordination and follow-up to maximize meeting success rates. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, client interactions, and progress in CRM software. Generate reports on call outcomes and lead conversions. Market Research: Research potential clients and industries to tailor approaches effectively. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Provide feedback on client needs and market demands to improve service offerings. Skills and Qualifications : Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone. IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, and technology trends is preferred. Persistence and Resilience: Comfortable handling objections and rejections professionally. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks. CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms and call management systems is an advantage.
