Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Develop and implement business development plans focused on expanding into global markets, with a strong emphasis on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Middle East regions. 2. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, leveraging a solid background in IT services and solution sales. 3. Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation through to deal closure using a consultative and client-centric approach. 4. Collaborate closely with leadership to define sales goals, develop forecasts, and support strategic growth initiatives. 5. Demonstrate hands-on experience and understanding of the Healthcare domain to drive sector-specific solution sales. 6. Customize and adapt sales strategies to align with individual client needs and deliver impactful technology solutions. 7. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction through value-driven communication. 8. Contribute to a performance-driven culture by actively participating in sales reviews, pipeline management, and continuous improvement efforts.
