Job Overview We are seeking a Junior IT Recruiter to join our team full-time in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in IT recruitment. This is an office-based role that involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier IT professionals. The candidate should have a keen understanding of IT roles and be capable of coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently. Qualifications and Skills Recruiter skills with IT Recruitment expertise are mandatory for understanding and fulfilling client requirements. (Mandatory skill) Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates from various sources to ensure high-quality hires. (Mandatory skill) Experience in using Interview Scheduling Software for efficient management of interview timelines and schedules. Strong coordinating abilities to liaise between clients, candidates, and internal teams seamlessly throughout the recruitment process. Must have experience in end-to-end recruitment, taking ownership from initial sourcing to final placement. Familiarity with the latest trends and challenges in IT recruitment to stay competitive in delivering quality results. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients alike. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of recruitment quality. Roles and Responsibilities Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert talent acquisition solutions. Source potential candidates through online channels and networking, ensuring the best fit for IT positions. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability before proceeding with interviews. Coordinate interviews with IT specialists, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, from job posting to offer negotiation and acceptance. Maintain a robust talent pipeline to fulfill present and future hiring needs of clients. Regularly update and maintain recruitment databases with candidate information and job requisitions.
