Roles & Responsibility 1. Source and identify potential candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to find qualified candidates. 2. Screen and shortlist candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation. 3. Coordinate interviews: Schedule interviews with clients and candidates, ensuring timely and efficient communication. Required Skills: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and colleagues. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze job requirements, identify suitable candidates, and troubleshoot recruitment challenges. 3. Proactive and results-driven: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving recruitment targets. What We Offer: 1.
