IT Recruiter

We are looking for a IT Recruiter who will play a key role in sourcing and onboarding top-notch talent for techno-management roles across our client base. If you're passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunity and have a knack for understanding both tech and managerial profiles, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen profiles for techno-management roles as per client requirements.
• Understand and interpret job descriptions to identify ideal candidate profiles.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing tools effectively.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment manager and clients to ensure smooth hiring operations.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and reports regularly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Freshers with strong communication and interest in recruitment can also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and techno-functional job requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and online sourcing platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
