IT Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, organizational goals, and team dynamics.
  
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet technical and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
  
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in IT recruitment and market intelligence.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
  

Requirements:

• 1 to 7 years of hands-on experience

  in IT recruitment in agency or corporate environments.
• Proven experience in hiring for various IT roles.
  
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and others.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with start-ups or IT services/product companies.
  
• Understanding of technical skills, programming languages, and emerging technologies.
