Job Title: PLC SCADA Trainer (6-Week College Training Program) Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Duration: 6 Weeks (Full-time/Part-time basis as per training schedule) Start Date: [Insert Start Date] Type: Contractual / Freelance Trainer Compensation: Competitive and negotiable based on experience About the Opportunity: We are seeking a passionate and experienced PLC SCADA Trainer to conduct a 6-week hands-on training program for engineering students at a reputed college in Ghaziabad . The program aims to equip students with industry-relevant skills in industrial automation, focusing on PLC programming and SCADA systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver structured training modules on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems. Conduct theory and practical sessions using simulation tools and real-time equipment (if available). Cover essential topics like: Introduction to Automation & PLC Basics Ladder Logic Programming PLC Hardware and Wiring SCADA Software Configuration Integration of PLC & SCADA Systems Industrial Communication Protocols (e.g., MODBUS, Profibus) Troubleshooting and real-world use cases Provide assignments, conduct assessments, and evaluate student progress. Offer career guidance and help students understand industry applications. Coordinate with college faculty and administration for smooth execution of the program. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field (Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply). Minimum 2-3 years of industry or training experience in PLC & SCADA systems. Hands-on experience with popular PLCs like Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, etc. Familiarity with SCADA software such as Wonderware, WinCC, iFIX, etc. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Additional Information: College will provide training infrastructure support as needed. Trainers will receive a certificate of contribution upon successful completion. Travel and accommodation support may be provided if required.
