RoleCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

• Negotiate offers, facilitate the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal team members.

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.

• Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve recruitment goals.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top IT talent in a competitive market.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

• Implement best practices for candidate engagement, ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment experience & responsibilities
