Job Description

Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

Should be able to source the profiles through Naukri and other job portals.
Screen the resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
Understand and analyse client requirements for various IT roles.
Should be good in Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling.
Evaluate candidates' skills and experience effectively, especially for technical roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.
Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract qualified professionals.
End-to-end recruitment.
Must be good in Communication skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Should be able to learn and grow with positive attitude and team spirit.

Desired Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Proficiency in using various sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn.
Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Freshers or 4-6 months of Internship experience
in Recruitment or Human Resources.
Immediate joiners preferred.
