Job Title: IT Recruiter / Domestic IT RecruiterLocation: 9th Floor, Manikchand Skyone, Kalyani Nagar, Pune 411006, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-timeExperience: 1+ yearsWork Mode:- 5 Days WFO (9:30 AM-6:30 PM)Notice Period- Immediate to 10 Days MaxBudget:- 3.8 LPA max

Job Summary

Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and C2C IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Handle C2C hiring, including working with vendors, consultants, and third-party agencies.
Build and manage pipelines for contract IT positions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate salary/rates for contract, and C2C roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Proven experience in Domestic IT Recruitment with strong understanding of IT technologies.
Hands-on expertise in sourcing through Naukri & LinkedIn Recruiter.
Practical knowledge of C2C hiring and contract staffing (preferred).
Education:-
Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
