Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good knowledge of the tech landscape, and experience in working with hiring managers and clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle the full lifecycle of IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding Source candidates from various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and maintain timely communication with candidates Coordinate with Account Managers and Delivery Heads for hiring priorities Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consulting firm Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles (Java, .Net, Cloud, DevOps, etc.) Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines Proficient in MS Office and ATS tools Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary and incentives Positive work environment and supportive leadership Opportunities to work with reputed IT clients Career growth and skill development programs
