Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for an IT Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top IT talent, managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT recruitment, understanding technical job requirements, and utilizing various sourcing strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency in resume screening, interviewing techniques, and candidate evaluation
• Organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in an IT or technology-focused environment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
