Job Title:

Location:

Immediate joiner

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and job specifications.
Schedule and manage interviews with clients/candidates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring IT roles.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and databases.

Required Skills:

1-4 years of IT recruitment experience (Domestic/International).
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good understanding of various IT technologies and skill sets.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
