Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, system admins, data analysts).
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screening interviews and assess technical competencies.
Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in IT or technical recruitment (in-house or agency).
Solid understanding of technology and IT roles (software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, etc.).
Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, Boolean search).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet deadlines.
Experience in handling Capgemini and Tech Mahindra Clients.
