Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, PHP, Cloud, DevOps, Networking, etc.). Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS).
