We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter Client Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for our client requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified IT professionals for client projects while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Requirement Analysis:
Coordinate with client managers to gather detailed job requirements, technical skills, and role expectations.
Understand client culture, project needs, and hiring priorities.
Talent Sourcing & Screening:
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Pre-screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability for client needs.
Present shortlisted profiles to clients with accurate candidate summaries.
Recruitment & Coordination:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling client interviews, salary negotiation, offer management, and onboarding.
Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure smooth interview and selection processes.
Track candidate status and maintain updated recruitment records in the ATS or CRM.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates during the hiring process.
Market & Process Optimization:
Stay updated on IT skill trends (Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, etc.).
Provide market insights such as salary benchmarks, skill availability, and competitive hiring practices.
Meet or exceed recruitment targets and SLAs agreed upon with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter (preferably in client-based hiring or staffing).
Strong understanding of IT technologies, platforms, and tools (Java, Python, Full Stack, AWS, Azure, Data Science, etc.).
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple client requirements and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in IT consulting, staffing, or client service recruitment.
Knowledge of contract staffing, permanent hiring, and project-based hiring models.
Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS) and client compliance processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Time-to-fill client positions.
Quality of hire and client feedback.
Offer-to-joining ratio.
Client satisfaction and repeat business.
