Role & responsibilities

Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Recruiter (01-year experience) to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT positions while working closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters. Key Responsibilities • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments (telephonic/virtual). • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates for future opportunities. • Support end-to-end recruitment processes under the guidance of senior recruiters. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

Desired Skills & Competencies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic understanding of IT skills, roles, and technologies (preferred, not mandatory). • Good organizational and time management abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Qualification & Experience • master's degree in HR, Management, IT, or related field. • 01 year of experience in recruitment (freshers with a strong interest in HR/Recruitment are encouraged to apply).
