Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Recruiter role located in Surat. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical roles. Key tasks include coordinating with hiring managers, writing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment pipeline. The role also involves building and maintaining an effective candidate network for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Technical recruitment skills including sourcing, screening, and talent mapping
• Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to create engaging job descriptions and evaluate technical skill sets
• Experience managing applicant tracking systems and recruitment workflows
• Problem-solving skills with an adaptive mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in IT recruitment is preferred
