Job Summary:

IT Recruiter (0–1 year experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements for various IT roles.
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and fit.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database or ATS.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in onboarding and documentation formalities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps, etc.).
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with job boards and sourcing techniques is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Internship experience in recruitment or HR
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Understanding of Boolean search techniques.
