Job Description:
Advent Global Solutions is looking for a motivated and energetic Fresher IT Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in IT recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various IT positions
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with senior recruiters
Maintain and update the recruitment database
Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates
Support other HR and recruitment-related activities as needed
Requirements:
Recent graduate in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools is a plus
Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT recruitment field
