Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:

    Identifying potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screening and Evaluating Candidates:

    Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
  • Managing the Hiring Process:

    Scheduling and coordinating interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and managing the offer negotiation process.
  • Developing and Implementing Recruiting Strategies:

    Working with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing and executing recruiting plans, and staying up-to-date on best practices and trends.
  • Building Relationships:

    Developing strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring a Positive Candidate Experience:

    Providing clear and timely communication, maintaining professional standards, and ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all candidates.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills:

    The ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills:

    The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of recruitment principles and practices:

    Understanding of sourcing techniques, screening methods, and legal compliance.
  • Ability to build relationships and network:

    The ability to connect with potential candidates and establish strong partnerships.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools:

    Familiarity with technology used in the recruitment process.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills:

    The ability to identify and resolve issues related to recruitment.
