Position: IT Recruiter
Experience: 0.6 months - 3 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment.
Freshers are also welcome.
Managed full-cycle technical recruitment, from sourcing and screening to closing candidates.
Sourced talent using various channels (LinkedIn, Naukri) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinated with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
Engaged candidates by communicating the company's vision and opportunities.
Proficient in technical sourcing with a strong understanding of the IT industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
