OptimiseWe are hiring a Senior Java Developer with strong backend development expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices , and distributed systems. You'll work closely with architects, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance applications for enterprise-grade systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop robust, secure, and scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot Work on REST APIs , Microservices architecture , and system integrations Collaborate with product managers and tech leads for requirement gathering and solutioning Guide and mentor junior developers and perform peer code reviews Optimize performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot production issues Follow Agile/Scrum practices and ensure on-time delivery Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of experience in Java 8+ , Spring Boot , RESTful APIs , and Microservices Strong in OOP concepts , Design Patterns , and multi-threading Good knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) Solid debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills Exposure to unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) Good to Have: Experience with Kafka , Docker , Kubernetes , or any cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) Front-end knowledge with ReactJS or Angular Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) Previous experience in Financial Services , Banking , or Enterprise applications Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary with performance bonuses Flexible working hours & remote options Upskilling support and a growth-focused environment Work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced team Experience: 5 to 10 Years Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Bangalore & Mumbai Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferred
