Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back End Developer located in Gurugram. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing server-side logic, ensuring database integrity, and optimizing back-end processes to enhance performance. Daily tasks include collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements, managing API integrations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining coding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 0–2 years of hands-on experience (internships or personal projects also count)
• Strong foundation in Node.js or Python backend development
• Good understanding of REST APIs, databases (MongoDB, MySQL), and Git
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to clean, efficient code
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Must be located in or near Gurugram, Haryana (on-site role only)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
