Role & responsibilities We are looking for freshers in Microsoft stack development(asp.Net/MVC/.net Core etc.). The candidate will be trained extensively in the same field. The candidate should have clear concepts and should have good communication and excellent logical skills. Candidates should have a go getter attitude and should be disciplined and hard working. The candidate must be a B.Tech/MCA/Post Graduate Diploma (full time course) and should have consistently scored more than 8 0% in 10th, 12th and graduation/post-graduation courses with no backlogs (in case of MCA if the candidate has done graduation course from a state university like DU, MDU, UPTU then 70% condition can be relaxed to 60%) . It is also preferable that theres no gap year in education. Candidates having a positive attitude will be preferred. Preferred candidate profile The shortlisted candidates will be trained for six months after which theyll be put on live projects. We are looking for candidates with quick grasping power. Candidates will be required to do software development on different modules of various live projects that we are running for our clients. BTech/MCA(CS/IT) 2024 or 2025 pass out and Male Candidates. The shortlisted candidates would be on a Training/Probation period for the first six months during which we will be judging their performance .On successful completion of probation period, they will be offered a permanent position at TechPerspect. The under performers may be asked to leave or given extension of another 3 months to improve their performance.(Stipend for 6(+any extension) months is 15,000/month(working from office), after completion of Probation CTC will be QA - 2,50,000-3,00,000 for Developer- 3,00,000-4,00,000). There will be an Agreement of 1 yr. after the candidate is absorbed as trainee. NO leaves during any training period, all the leaves will be without stipend (if any leave taken then it will result in extension of training period) Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
