Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Sourcing Strategy:
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to find passive and active candidates using job boards, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), networking events, and our internal database.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct in-depth phone screens to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements, develop detailed job specifications, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on current IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to advise hiring managers and attract top talent.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and timely records of all recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
