Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, following up on applications, and ensuring timely communication.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using tools like C2H or similar platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies including headhunting techniques (C2H).
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
