Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
  • Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, following up on applications, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using tools like C2H or similar platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies including headhunting techniques (C2H).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
