IT Project Manager

At Spiders Tech Services, we build scalable Web, Mobile, and CRM solutions that empower businesses to grow smarter. We’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring order to chaos, ensuring our client projects are delivered on time, with quality, and clear communication.

You’ll oversee the full delivery cycle, from requirement breakdown, task assignment, and tracking to client communication and reporting. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and the CEO to ensure every project moves efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects using Agile methodology.
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and timelines.
• Coordinate between design, tech, and business teams.
• Track sprint progress and remove delivery blockers.
• Communicate with clients for updates, demos, and feedback.
• Maintain Kanban boards and ensure reporting is up to date.
• Prepare project performance reports and ensure delivery quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing IT/Web/App projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (GitHub Kaban, Milestones, Versioning).
• Understanding of development processes (Frontend, Backend, Mobile).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven.
