IT Project Manager

• A Technical Project Manager's role who acts as a bridge between technical execution and business objectives, requiring strong leadership, communication, and technical knowledge.JD includes the below:
• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience with software development projects with well defined SDLC process
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
• Act as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Implement and enforce agile, Scrum for efficient project workflows.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate software deployment, integration, and quality assurance efforts with development and QA teams.
• Foster collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, data governance, and industry best practices.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, documentation, and the functional specification process.
• Manage vendor relationships and external technical partners as needed.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹2,600,000.00 per year
