IT Project Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee all active company projects — from client communication and requirement analysis to task management and delivery. You’ll coordinate with developers, designers, and management to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and manage multiple software development projects simultaneously.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and clarify deliverables.
• Work closely with the development team to allocate tasks, manage priorities, and resolve blockers.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including scope, timelines, and progress reports.
• Monitor deadlines, milestones, and quality benchmarks across all projects.
• Conduct weekly progress reviews with internal teams and management.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining code quality and client satisfaction.
• Support management with operational coordination across internal brands (Looperex, Verora, PitchSight, etc.).
• Use project management tools (Zoho Projects, Jira, ClickUp, or equivalent) for daily tracking and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in IT/software project management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
